Not much mention of the KalDahl camp anywhere on the web anywhere. I turn 70 this year (21) but I have many pictures of my sisters before I was born through maybe when I was 7 or 8 with each year having different relatives or neighbors coming with us to the lake from Sioux Falls. I don’t know why we suddenly stopped, maybe because my father bought a house and we never had the extra money after that. I really don’t remember anything except the pictures. It was where I first went fishing and in a boat the first time. All the pictures always show smiles on faces and I’m sure we all enjoyed it very much. They had a small pond lined with rocks in front which was well designed with goldfish in it and I believe a small footbridge across it. Of course, many photos with stringers of walleye!
We used to go up there every summer in the early to mid 70’s just seeing the picture of the cabin brought back memories.
